  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimension of the parcel, and the delivery address. The exact price is always calculated in the shopping cart.

PACKETA Courier Service:

  • Delivery of parcels throughout EU

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimension of the parcel, and the delivery address. The exact price is always calculated in the shopping cart.

DHL Courier Service:

  • Delivery of parcels worldwide

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimension of the parcel, and the delivery address. The exact price is always calculated in the shopping cart.

Payment on Delivery:

  • Only only on-line payments are accepted

Goods Acceptance and Inspection:

  • Upon receipt, please check the integrity of the packaging.

  • By accepting the parcel, you confirm that you received it without visible defects.

  • If the packaging is damaged, report it immediately to the courier.

  • If you find the contents of the parcel damaged after opening it, inform the carrier within 3 working days.
    We recommend taking photo documentation of the package immediately after opening.
